Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible and Generous replacement policy I purchased my Raco 28 cm casserole saucepan from Harris scarf last year. I have been so happy with it and have used it regularly. The handles accidentally broke last month. I called the warranty and claims to inquire if I was able to purchase new handles to make it easier to use. I spoke with one of the customer service teams, I was asked to send photos, description of the problem and proof of purchase. Raco responded quickly and generously gave me the credit to replace my whole saucepan. I was blown away by their replacement policy. The credit was generous enough to well and truly replace the item I had purchased. It was delivered quickly to my home. Thanks so much I will have many more years of great use. I am very thankful

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great response I had an issue with the glass lid of a casserole dish cracking whilst it was cooking. Food had to be thrown away as did the lid. Customer service lady Allison responded very quickly offering to send me a replacement lid despite the fact they no longer make this product. Really appreciated their offer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RACO..the only cookware to buy I have RACO skillets..visiting NSW and purchased online as a gift ..I made an error in mailing address and a quick email to Raco support had issue fixed and product arrived today in NSW..I think we have another RACO convertee..lol lol Thankyou again..the best product AND online customer support..:)

Unfortunately I dropped the paring knife onto a tiled floor and broke the tip - when I contacted RACO about purchasing a replacement they promptly got in touch and sent one out for free !

I was concerned I would not be able to replace the steam vent due to my pot being as old as it is. Allison from customer service was wonderful and extremely helpful. The vent listed on the Raco web page will suit my pot enabling me to continue to enjoy my Raco pans in the future. Raco has been a very good investment. Sandra

I exchanged several emails with one customer care representative and it was all very personal and polite. The product was reviewed and it was found that my findings and feedback about the product was valid. I was thanked for my feedback and offered a discount coupon on the purchase of another product (which I was not expecting). It now remains to be seen whether any changes will be made to the advertising on the box of the product and whether my recommendations are included in the instructions. Overall it was a very satisfying experience for me and I was glad I took the time to give the feedback.
