Ultimate Breakfast Pancakes

Serves 4


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk (any variation)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl
  2. Add milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract
  3. Add in the dry ingredients mix until there are no lumps
  4. Spoon batter onto nonstick pan, when bubbles start to appear, and the edges get brown (1-2m minutes) flip over
  5. Serve immediately topped with maple syrup/honey and fruit
