YOGHURT (1 cup)= 1 cup of sour cream
SELF RAISING FLOUR (1 cup)= 1 cup of plain flour + pinch of salt + 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

BUTTER (1 cup) = 7/8 cup of oil
