Rated 3 out of 5 by from Knob for Large Raco Saucepan I bough this knob after ringing up. It is the type that fits the 25cm diameter large Raco Saucepan that has a jelly bean shaped breathing hole in the metal lid. It arrived OK - 4 pieces including a spring. No instructions. I had to ring and got help which was great. Without the help I would have had no idea how the spring fitted in. Not obvious and I am quite handy. Anyway even with the spring in place it was still really hard to get it assembled and in fact in doing so I slightly broke the bottom of the centre spindle - the one that you tighten with a coin. Luckily the plastic that broke off was on the outside so the thread was OK. It is affixed now and works but overall this was not a particularly easy exercise. Why not even a small slip of paper with instructions?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Modifying a replacement part Replacement knob for a Australian made 1983 RACO saucepan. An ambitious knob purchase considering the age of the saucepan which is still in very good condition. The replacement plastic knob was made to fit the original saucepan lid by loosing the spring and sanding off the steam plug. Otherwise the knob fitted perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast Delivery The faster delivery I have ever received online. The product was quite easy to install although wasn't quite sure where the spring should go and that I had to apply tension when screwing it in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not nearly as good as original Got replacement handles and knobs for my cookware under lifetime warranty. Some of the replacement handles dont fit well and the knobs don’t rotate very well to vent steam. They also randomly fall off the lid. Originals lasted 20 years, replacements 5 years. Very cheap quality compared to original.
