Sticky Jam Tarts

  • 2 sheets frozen shortcrust pastry (puff pastry can be substituted if you can't find shortcrust)
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Jam (Raspberry or Apricot also works well)


  1. Defrost pastry sheets as per directions on pack - Cut 12 circles, slightly larger than the diameter of the holes
  2. Gently press pastry circles into the muffin cups
  3. Fill with 1 tablespoons of jam.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15-18 min
  5. Allow to cool slightly in the pan, then remove and fully cool on a wire rack. Jam will set as it cools.


Careful, be patient before eating your delicious jam tarts - as jam remains hot and can burn easily.

Enjoy topped with a dollop of whipped cream for an afternoon tea treat.

For best results, use RACO Aerolift bakeware.
