A-peel-ing Vegetables, Part 1

Sometimes it takes a lot of effort to get those fussy eaters to even touch vegetables, which can make meal time a struggle.

Here are some great ways to transform the dreaded 'green stuff' into something that looks and tastes great!

CARROT CHIPS

Bake thinly cut carrot in oven with a hint of smoked paprika, salt, pepper, cumin and a drizzling of olive oil. Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce, as you would chips and wedges!

I SPY

For some fussy eaters, you would have to hide the vegetables in order for them to eat them. But how can you smuggle veggies and their nutrients into your every day dinner?

Try adding pumpkin, carrot, avocado, parsnip, squash and or cauliflower into your mashed potato! To help hide the hidden veggies, add a bit of cheese, salt and pepper! Build up the amount of other vegetables that you add to help the sneaky process.
